TWO Programs, ONE Goal:
Better Education and Employment.
Continuing Education & Tuition Assistance Program for Adults
Applications for CETAP are currently paused due to limited funding. We are actively working to secure additional resources so we can continue supporting single parents in reaching their education and career goals. We will post an update here as soon as applications reopen. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
This program is for adults 18 years or older who want to continue their education.
Qualifications to Apply:
- Maintain a 2.7 (or higher) GPA
- Resident of Western PA
- Single parent with school-aged children living at home
This program provides funding for single-parent students attending a trade/technical school, college, or university. In addition, this program provides funds to pay for professional fees that help alleviate other barriers to continuing education and employment.
Learning Support Resource Program for Kids
Applications for the Learning Support Program are currently paused. Available funding for this program has been fully committed, and we are actively working to secure additional resources. We will post an update here as soon as applications reopen. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Parents should use this application to apply for support for their children. This program is for the benefit of children who need support to do well in school.
The child should be:
- Enrolled in grades K-12
- Denied special education support in school OR
- Struggling to do well in school with an IEP or 504
This program provides funding for private evaluation, academic workshops, and cognitive therapy for school-aged students from single-parent, single-income, and dual-income families with household income at or below 300% of the current Federal Poverty Guidelines (2026). Our goal is to help children whose learning disabilities and developmental delays don’t meet the mandatory requirements for support by their school and whose care isn’t covered by medical insurance.
